I never tire of painting portraits. And for each one I paint, I learn something new. For instance, I am loving the gray backgrounds. And learning how to mix a variety of gray tones in acrylic paint.

She Looked Away – is an 11 x 14 inch acrylic painting on heavyweight smooth Bristol paper. I love working on that surface for my portraits. It puts up with me, and all my brush strokes! This painting is now available in my online shop.
