Three of a Kind – 9 x 12 inch acrylic on stretched canvas (SOLD, thank you!)

A story of three sisters, similar yet different. This was an assignment for the Let’s Face It class I have been taking all year long. The assignment was about doing multiple portraits on one substrate, and to try to tell a story through the painting. This is a bit more whimsical than I usually do, and has a fairy tale type feeling to it. Maybe I should have called it, “Once Upon a Time”.  I am one of three sisters, so the theme of three runs through my work from time to time.
