I’m still working on making my portraits tell more of a “story”… and this portrait reminds me very much of a character in a fairytale or Disney story.
Entwined – 8 x 10 inch acrylic on hardboard panel
This painting started off as the usual kind of portrait, inspired by a fashion image I had seen. And then…three roses turned into six, and the vine just kept growing and growing. Why she is entwined, I don’t know…I will leave the rest of the story to you.
