Daily Paintworks has a weekly painting challenge…and this week, we were to paint mountains!

This is not something I usually do, so I thought the challenge would be good for me. Earlier this year, I was learning about the art of Cezanne. His mountain paintings, specifically, the Mont Sainte-Victoire paintings…

I adore them!!! One mountain…many different versions. You can see them all at WikiArt.Org  These paintings were my influence in my own two mountain paintings.
