Spring Garden – 6 x 6 inch acrylic on Ampersand Gessobord (SOLD, thank you!)

Yes, Spring is certainly here, and flowers are everywhere! So, it made me happy to bring flowers to life on my easel…especially with these bright and bold colors. I worked on four panels at once, and this is the first one, in my May Flowers series. I love this one…it is probably my favorite of the four I will show you this week. It could be because it is the first watering can I have ever painted. Or maybe it’s the cool green background, with spots color blooming everywhere. Either way, this painting makes me happy. I hope you like it too!
