I had such a lovely time painting at the ocean. These flowers were inspired by the gorgeous still life paintings of Louis Valtat. Have you ever seen his work? It is amazing. With his paintings in mind, I wanted to paint a flower bouquet with bright saturated color, and lots of texture. I love how it turned out! I hope you do too.
